Bio-oxidizer vessel

Large-assembly automation for a process vessel, covering the model and the drawing set used to build and erect it.

The design task

Vessels of this size carry hundreds of platform, ladder, nozzle and support components.

Managing that many parts by hand makes the assembly slow to change and easy to get wrong when a dimension moves.

What the automation handles

  • Large-assembly structure generated rather than assembled by hand
  • Platform, ladder and support components driven from the vessel geometry
  • Drawing output regenerated when the assembly changes

Generated output still needs the checks and approvals required by your engineering and manufacturing process.
