A new tank size shouldn't mean a new model

Every tank and vessel is a different diameter and height, so the geometry changes on every job. We build tools that generate the structure and the full drawing set from a few dimensions.

Work we've shipped

What we built for tanks and vessels, and what it produces.

The dome geometry, panels, and struts are generated from the tank diameter, along with the fabrication and erection drawings that go with them.

Large-assembly automation for a process vessel. Platforms, ladders, nozzles, and supports are driven from the vessel geometry, and the drawings update when the assembly changes.

From your rules to the shop floor

Your engineers apply rules like these from memory on every job. We write them down, they sign off, and the software applies them every time.

Rules like these

  • 01Dome geometry and panel layout from the tank diameter
  • 02Shell height and courses from the required capacity
  • 03Nozzle, manway, and fitting positions by orientation
  • 04Platform, ladder, and handrail placement by height
  • 05Supports and anchors sized to the vessel

What comes out

  • 013D models and large assemblies
  • 02Fabrication drawings
  • 03Erection drawings
  • 04BOMs for every assembly

Is every tank you quote a new model?
